Consulting & Freelance Project Management at CSL Behring

CSL Behring is an international pharma corporation and global biotherapeutics leader specialized in plasma product manufacturing. I have been Lleading multiple projects, some simultaneously with focus on IT and business:

1. LMS (10 months) - Replacement of an existing on-premises Learning Management System (LMS) and the successful launch of a web-based LMS used to administer, document, track and report on training activities of all 14’000 CSL Behring employees worldwide.

2. ComOps EU (7 months) - Definition and implementation of a sustainable business model and system environment for ComOps EU markets by transforming current RepOffices in CZ, PL and HU in fully operating affiliates and adjustment of current business model from a distribution to 3PL & wholesale model. This includes the identification of an appropriate 3PL partner and the implementation of necessary ERP tools (SAP).

3. LED/ROSA (2months) – Project initiation to establish a CSL Behring Legal Entity in Dubai /UAE and a Regional Office in Saudi Arabia by Q3 CY 2018.

4. DIRECT-1 (9 months) – Lead the strategic GRA project “Develop Integrated Regulatory Capability Strategy” to define requirements and implementation strategy for an integrated end2nd RIM solution including vendor evaluation (RFP/RFQ).

5. DIRECT-x (11 months) – Lead the scoping & planning phase until budget approval as follow up to previous project “Design and Implement Integrated Regulatory Capability” – part of the DIRECT program from Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA).

Consulting & Freelance Product and Project Management at Quickline AG

Freelance Product Manager (8 months) and Project Manager (11 months) at Quickline, a major Swiss telecom and cable operator company. Delivering consultancy support in product development and preparation for the market launch of a TV/IPTV/VOD service (linear-TV, VOD, VoIP-telephony & broadband internet access via home gateway and on OTT devices). Responsible for the development of the training framework for different stakeholders in the company as well as the conception and implementation of the field user trial. Leading the Product Quality Assurance team of up to 12 experts from product management, customer support, usability and test management
