• Conception and definition of marketing, communication and go to market strategies for various ICT & e-health SW products as well as renewable energy initiatives in different development phases of the company (start-up, pre-IPO, consolidation and market leader)

• Editing, drafting and layout preparation of flyers, product brochures, fact sheets and manuals; animations, presentations and argumentation for marketing and sales purposes (print & online media)

• Organization and management of customer events, presentations, roadshows and trade fairs on national and international level

• Experienced to deal with media from different press events, articles and radio interviews

Sales & Product Management        

• Definition and implementation of marketing and product strategies (marketing mix) with product management experience over the whole product life cycle from analysis, innovation, prototyping, test, roll-out, commercial launch to phase-out as well as operation and maintenance

• Design, development and deployment of various voice (VoIP), data, TV/IPTV/VOD and internet products including the creation of business cases, price calculations, market segmentation, positioning, definition of requirements, story booking and training of sales and customer care personnel

• Economic and financial evaluations of renewable energy projects, contract negotiations, market screening, sales opportunity development, BD and relationship management

• Analysis and accomplishment of marketing research (markets, trends, competition overviews) using different sources, conception and management of field user trials

• Carrying out of product assessments using different methods and techniques (focus groups, interviews, benchmarking, conjoint analysis) and cooperation with professional institutes in the area of product usability and surveys

• Sales forecasting, definition, implementation and supervision of sales channels (online, direct sales and shops), coordination of sales processes and management of key accounts, as well as presales activities and tender offerings (RFP, RFI, RFQ)

Business Development, Project Management & M&A        

• Management of strategic cross company projects on a national and international level in telecommunications (network infrastructure & products), renewable energy, IT and SW development, IPTV, Multimedia as well as Business Technology for the Pharma industry

• Leading and coaching of international project and product development teams including the coordination and tracking of resources and activities towards other service areas with interfaces to R&D, marketing, sales and customer care

• Evaluation of 3rd party marketing strategies and products, consulting during due diligence and re-organization processes

• Contract negotiations with suppliers, carriers, regulatory bodies and other 3rd parties

• Business development activities in emerging and highly competitive markets and fast changing business environments

• Participation in bidding processes during evaluations for M&A, cooperation partners and offerings from/to clients and suppliers

• Delivering of consulting services in strategy formulation and process improvements

General Management, Business Operations & Business Consulting        

• Management of different business units with profit and loss responsibility on a national and international level with up to 40 employees and a yearly budget range up to 25 million CHF

• Setting up, manage and lead teams of engineers, technicians, product managers, salespeople and other staff in start-up and in well established companies

• Elaboration and implementation of several strategic business processes, product migration procedures, service optimizations and business unit restructurings

• Experienced to deal with lawyers for contract drafting and negotiations with clients, suppliers, maintenance companies and other agencies

• Preparation and accomplishment of business plans, budgets, forecasts and various business reports

• Managing, coaching and evaluation of staff and management teams, definition of job descriptions and formulation of key performance indicators (KPI’s)

• Selection and recruitment of employees and professionals for key positions, carrying out of job interviews and outplacements

• Used to work in large matrix organizations, start-ups and interim management positions
